Timber poaching is one of the main reasons our forest is deteriorating, according to Bulacan Environment and Natural Resources Office (BENRO).

BALAGTAS, Bulacan – Governor Wilhelmino M. Sy-Alvarado on Thursday introduced his plans to amplify Bulacan’s promising progress by developing and improving its roads during his speech during the commemoration of 435th Bulacan Foundation Day.

“You cannot reach any portion of Central Luzon, Region 2 or Region 1 without passing through the province of Bulacan,” said the governor. “Hindi ba’t marapat lamang na una nating ikasa ang mga road network na nagdadala sa atin at sa ating mga panauhin upang tayo’y malagay sa tuktok muli ng ating bansang Pilipinas?”
