| By Elaine Bautista and Lea Marie Magtira College of Arts and Letters (CAL) proved that pageant is not just the looks but it is the brain that matters after CAL Governor Kevin Bautista of AB Theater Arts garnered the crown for Mr. Intramurals 2013, September 16 at Bulacan State University’s Valencia Hall. Out of 17 male candidates from the different colleges in the main campus and each representative from four satellite campuses, Bautista made his own way to be on top despite of being an underdog. Mr. CAL made a lot of changes in the preparation for the event. |  |
